5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delays due to external factors (postal service issues, customs, etc.) are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost orders due to address errors.

6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or made-to-order items, except in the case of:
- Items damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items sent
- Manufacturing defects
